Ms. Sari R. Alfi-Nissan

Sari Rima Alfi-Nissan is a PhD candidate at the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Bar-Ilan University. She graduated the Master's degree program in Sociology and Anthropology at BIU with highest honors, was valedictorian of her class, and was granted excellence scholarships for both her M.A and PhD studies. Sari is a highly experienced lecturer, teaching postgraduate and undergraduate methodological courses, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Sari is also a novelist and a columnist. Sari's research interests are sociology of self and emotions, sociology of culture, sociology of education, youth and globalisation.
